THOMAS A. VINTON

Thomas A. Vinton is an accomplished law enforcement professional whose career includes twenty-seven years with the FBI, seventeen in managerial positions, and four years as the Deputy Commissioner/Undersheriff of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety. Currently owns TAV Investigations, a private investigative and consulting business specializing in litigation support, due diligence and corporate security matters. During his twenty-seven year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Mr. Vinton directed 130 professionals conducting drug investigations and coordinated the investigations of eight federal and several state and local agencies in the New York/New Jersey Region. He established and trained a joint FBI/NYPD Drug Task force, assisted FBI Headquarters in formulating a national drug enforcement program, conducted audits and managed drug enforcement budgets

Mr. Vinton served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1962 to 1965 and is the author of Sanctioned Treachery, published by Commonwealth Publications in 1999.
